efficient bus courtesy bus quick service easy service warm welcome old floor empty minibar extra cost shuttle transfer

I found the courtesy bus super efficient. It was very quick and easy to use. I just phoned after collecting my luggage , and the bus arrived promptly. Hotel staff were friendly and polite , and the welcome felt warm.

The room was a bit tired. The floor seemed old. The minibar was empty , despite a minibar list being present. I was unaware babies could not travel in the airport shuttle and the transfer cost extra.
